There is a $200.00 deposit when booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

All Rates exclude taxes of 12%.  

All guests are now required by the resort to pay a $10 per day resort fee upon check-in.

There is a $85.00 cleaning fee for stays 5 nights or less.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL GUESTS MUST REGISTER when checking in.
Upon registration, a $100.00 security deposit will be collected for stays 1-7 nights and $200 for 8 or more nights. This is done by authorization of a credit card. It is not a charge, but an authorization. This authorization will automatically drop from your account after 14 days granted there are no damages to the home. If you do not have a credit card, you may leave a bank check or money order. NO PERSONAL CHECKS, or you may pay a $25.00 Insurance Damage Waiver by cash or credit card which will cover accidental damage. This insurance charge will not be returned to you. (Vandalism, and/or stolen property are not covered)
